Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the four-family house. Apartment has a living/sleeping area with up to 4 beds(towels and bed linen included in the price),Wi-Fi, TV, table. Kitchen with kitchen furniture fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven 20L with convection air, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, extractor, coffee pod machine, quick cooker,sandwich maker, toaster, dishes, pots, cutlery,glasses etc. Bathroom with sink,shower,toilet. Private parking spot outside the house.

Cozy farm-house apartment from 1796

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim, PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and technical museum Sinsheim ~ 10 min drive. The event location ‚Landgut Schloss Michelfeld‘ is a 2 minutes walk.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Welcome to the renovated and quiet home for max. 4 people. It has a spacious living-dining room, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, hallway and private parking. Wi-Fi and smart TV are included. Our place has supermarkets, gastronomy and direct highway connection. The Baroque town of Bruchsal with castle is in the immediate vicinity, as is the Forster Baggersee. Good road connection to Heidelberg, Speyer and the Hockenheimring.

Quiet 50 sqm basement apartment for rent in a beautiful and quiet residential area. The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide bed. Parking is available. In 100 meters there is a bus stop to get to the center quickly. It's about a 15-minute walk. A rental bike is available. The beautiful Kraichgau begins 350 m away. The apartment is cleaned wet with a Dolphin water vacuum after each stay.

Spacious and modern apartment with private entrance ideal for business travelers and vacation travelers in the Karlsruhe/Walldorf/Heidelberg/Mannheim area. We are happy to rent for periods of one month or more and already offer the possibility to book from one week. In the village there is a bakery with café, a butcher, a vegetable stand twice a week and 3 restaurants.
