Bring the family to this large, ground floor condo with lots of room for fun. It's in a great community close to the beach, the state park, downtown Lewes, shopping, and restaurants. It has a nice patio that faces a pond with a fountain. Close, free access to a great pool and gas grills. Primary has a spa tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. Second bath has shower/tub combo. Stocked pantry, washer and dryer, lgames and books, lockable outdoor closet for bikes, coolers and beach things.

The large kitchen features modern appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator and a built-in microwave. A center island provides additional seating with two bar stools. A dining table with six chairs is set for meals, and abundant natural light fills the space through multiple windows.
