Super nice little flat on first floor in 18th century house in the heart of Stockholm. From beautiful Prästgatan you enter this 42 sqm gem with one bedroom, a living room with a sofa that can be turned into 2 extra beds. Compact but fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher, stove, heater, fridge & freezer. Bathroom with wonderful Vola-shower and washing machine/dryer. Cozy and genuine Prästgatan on one side and busy and lively Västerlånggatan on the other. No car traffic makes the area very friendly!

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Bright beautiful apartment on Stora Essingen

My apartment is a very beautiful and bright place right in the centre of Stora Essingen - an city island that belongs to the area of Kungsholmen. It is on the top floor on the corner of the building with mostly families with children as neighbour. The afternoon/evening sun will mesmerize you in the living room and kitchen and in the morning through the bedroom windows. Stora Essingen is sometimes called the Sthlm French qvarter due to the large inhabitants of French & the French school here...

The accommodation is perfect for a family or a group of friends who wish to explore Stockholm. Globen (Aviciiarenan), Tele2 arena and Hammarby Sjöstad are within walking distance. Directly adjacent is also Nackareservatet, nice forest walks and Hammarbybacken. In the bathroom there is a combined washing machine and dryer.

Small 50 sqm design house by the sea with a small garden, terrace with barbeque and a small beach below the house. Only 20 minutes to Stockholm by car. In nearby Gustavsberg there Are all services you may need such as foodstore. Bakery, cafés. Foodstores etc. Dont miss a visit in the outlet shops for fine Gustavsbergs porcelain as well as Ittala and hackman. Also Gustavsberg is the home of some of Swedens most famous ceramics and artists who have their ateliers in the harbour.

Newly renovated 3a in Årsta

Newly renovated 3rd floor with balcony with 6 beds in Årsta with proximity to several nice restaurants, cafes and grocery store. There are also scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gyms, running tracks and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena you only have 3 minutes by tram or a 20-minute walk. There are good transport links by bus/commuter train/tram journey time to Södermalm about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.
