This newly built guesthouse is in our lush garden in the heart of Gamla Enskede. We are just a few minutes walk from the local subway, Sandsborg. In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Globen & Tele2 Arena are just 10 minutes walk away. The guest house has it's own kitchen & a small bathroom containing a shower & toilet It is ideal for couples & solo travellers

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Boendet ligger på 7:e våningen i ett höghus och har en privat ingång för en ostörd vistelse. Observera att hissen går upp till våning 6, och därefter finns det en trappa till våning 7. Gångavstånd till Medborgarplatsen, shopping, restauranger, barer och ett brett utbud av aktiviteter. Boendet är perfekt för dig som vill uppleva Stockholm på bästa sätt!

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Varmt välkommen till denna lilla pärla på Södermalm med fantastisk balkong! Det är en etta med kokvrå och fint belägen balkong i söderläge mot innergården. Lägenheten ligger centralt men tyst, och bara ett stenkast från SoFos charmiga kvarter. I området finns vackra Vitabergsparken men också några av Stockholms bästa restauranger och charmiga barstråk. Njut av eftermiddagssolen på balkongen eller i parken bredvid, eller ta en öl på Skånegatan ett par kvarter bort!

Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Fristående stuga med Bullerby-känsla nära t-bana!

Nyrenoverat, fullt utrustat, fristående gästhus I lugnt villaområde, med goda parkeringsmöjligheter. Goda kommunikationer med 10 minuters promenad till tunnelbanan. Solvalla, Bromma Blocks, Mall of Scandinavia och Friends Arena når du enkelt med bil på 10 minuter. 30 minuters bilfärd till Arlanda, även enkelt att ta sig med flygbussen till Kista, därifrån buss en station. Enkel nyckelutlämning i nyckelskåp.

Välkommen till ett fristående minihus beläget i Älvsjö. Härifrån har du gångavstånd till Älvsjömässan samt till bussar och pendeltåg som tar dig in till Stockholm city på tio minuter. Huset är inrett med en 120 cm säng. Köksdel med spis, micro och kylskåp. Grundläggande köksutrustning/porslin. Wc/dusch. Det finns tillgång till tvättmaskin under längre vistelser, enligt överenskommelse.
