Completely renovated and recently furnished! Warm welcome to this little gem on Södermalm with fantastic balcony facing the courtyard! It is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette and nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. Bed of 160 cm and sofa bed. The apartment is centrally located but quiet in a house with elevator, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area there are beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar paths.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely deck and outdoor shower. In the cabin of 15 sqm there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck there is a gas grill. Wonderful view over the water. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen where you can get via ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.
