Öppen planlösning med litet kök och matplats, stor vardagsrumsdel med braskamin, sovloft, toalett och dusch. Finns en extrabädd, tvättmaskin med torktumlare, platt-tv med Apple TV, och audio PROhögtalare. Lägenheten har AC. Uteplats med grill. Slutstädning ingår ej, men går att boka. Fristående gästhus med havsutsikt på Trönningenäs (Norra Näs) utmed kusten 7 km norr om Varberg. 8 km från E6, avfart 55. Huset är fullt utrustat och har 4 bäddplatser. Här bor du nära havet med badstrand (400 m) och strövområden utmed kust och i skog. Populär plats för vindsurfing. - Varbergs centrum (7 km) når ni på 15 min med bil, 30 min med cykel. Cykelleden Kattegattsleden går 2 km från huset. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Göteborg /Liseberg nöjesfält, 75 km. Tåg från Vbg C, 40 min.

Completely new apartment with everything you need for a great stay. Seperate bedroom and a small kitchen with acess to a beautiful garden right outside your doorstep. It is only a short walk from the main train and bus station in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. Vår gäststuga med egen ingång från gatan, och egen avskild uteplats, erbjuder fräscht och bekvämt boende nära centrum och 1,7 km till Skrea strand. Pizzeria och stor matbutik (Coop) 75 m från dörren. C:a 5 min till restauranger och barer i centrum och 10-15 min till stranden (till fots). Stor gratis parkering rakt över gatan. Wifi ingår. Nu med nyinstallerad luftkonditionering, 2023. Sängkläder eller handdukar ingår inte, går att hyra för 100 kr/person. Täcke och kudde finns.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.
