Vår gäststuga med egen ingång från gatan, och egen avskild uteplats, erbjuder fräscht och bekvämt boende nära centrum och 1,7 km till Skrea strand. Pizzeria och stor matbutik (Coop) 75 m från dörren. C:a 5 min till restauranger och barer i centrum och 10-15 min till stranden (till fots). Stor gratis parkering rakt över gatan. Wifi ingår. Nu med nyinstallerad luftkonditionering, 2023. Sängkläder eller handdukar ingår inte, går att hyra för 100 kr/person. Täcke och kudde finns.

Det är en ljus och rymlig lägenhet på 70 kvm som har ett stort fräscht badrum med både dusch och badkar. Vardagsrummet är en öppen planlösning som sitter ihop med ett stort fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, micro, spis, ugn, vattenkokare, kaffekokare och brödrost. Det finns en egen tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten.
