The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the dwelling house where the host lives. The guesthouse is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guesthouse as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guesthouse has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

The entryway is equipped with a console table and a welcoming mat. The living room features a comfortable sofa adorned with decorative pillows, a fresh flower arrangement on a central table, and art on the walls. If you are looking for a fresh and comfortable accommodation with proximity to nature, the E4 and various leisure activities, this is the cottage for you. In spring and summer half year there is access to barbecue, swings, slide, trampoline and grass areas. In the cottage there are most amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, large shower and toilet area, new 55" LED TV with large channel selection and Wifi. Things to do nearby: Moose safari, golf, mini golf, swimming areas, padel courts, ski slopes and Kungsbygg adventure park.

Palmhuset at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the north part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stuccos, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a paved patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjöns nice tennis courts. In the winter months it can get a little cold, then you have to curl up on the couch and light a fire in the fireplace.

The yard have horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures, there are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The guesthouse is located on the back of our house and is equipped with a separate smaller kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room part and sleeping areas for four. Situated in a hilly and silent area in the village of Åsljunga on Hallandsåsen in Skåne, southSweden. Several swimming and fishing lakes within 3 km from the house, besides lots of forest and wonderful nature. Alpine skiing 25 min away. Lake Åsljunga is 1 km away with a jump tower and sandy beach. Lovely nature all around.

Live in peace surrounded by nature

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

The cottage is for those who want to spend two or a few nights or a whole week just for yourself. Charming small comfortable cottage with views of old grassy halls with grazing cows (in season) and beech forest in the foreground. Fairy nature and lots of sky. All in these few square meters. Our idyll in Hallandsåsen, close to lake and Vallåsen

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The cabin is small and cozy, there are a total of 8 beds but the sofa and dining table are more adapted for 6. Here is the forest just around the corner and only 350 meters to the lake where you can swim. For those who like hiking, there is Björsåkra nature reserve just a couple of km away. For those who want a little more speed and fan, there is Kungsbygget Adventure Park 3 km away and it is 8 km to Vallåsen bikepark.
