Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung besteht aus hochwertigen Holzmöbeln im ländlichen Stil. Durch das Panoramafenster vom Wohnzimmer hat man eine grandiose Aussicht zu den Bergen. Der Simsee liegt quasi zu Füßen, Chiemsee und die Seenplatte befinden sich in nächster Nähe. Radeln, Wandern, Schwimmen, Bergsteigen, Skifahren oder einfach nur relaxen. Fast alles ist hier möglich.

Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Bei der Kernsanierung vor 5 Jahren wurde praktisch alles, bis auf die alte Dachkonstruktion die der Wohnung viel Charme und Wärme verleiht, erneuert. Die Vorteile der Wohnung sind die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitiger Zentrums- und Bahnhofnähe (10 Gehmin.), der grosszügige Wohnraum, 1 privater Parkplatz + öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Tür und die Nähe zur Natur mit dem Landesgartenschaugelände.

Hier gibt es alles was ihr braucht: Doppelbett (1,40 x 2,00 m), Kochnische mit Herd/Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC Der Außenaufgang ist groß genug, so dass ihr ihn auch als kleinen Balkon nutzen könnt oder ihr geht einfach in den großen Garten, der allen Gästen und mir zur Verfügung steht.

Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

The modernly furnished vacation apartment "Beim Nik with Wanderreitstation" is located in Almertsham, a district of Höslwang in Chiemgau, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, on a horse farm surrounded by numerous lakes and hills. Pony riding is available and guests can bring their own horse to the farm and explore the fantastic view of the Chiemgau alpine panorama high on horseback.

Wir sind eine junge Familie mit Kleinkind, das die Welt entdeckt - gelegentlich kann es etwas lebhafter sein. Wir freuen uns auf Gäste, die damit kein Problem haben :)
