65 min from NYC on LIRR to Huntington. Less than one mile from the train station and an easy walk to Huntington village in a historic, vibrant, relaxed and unique neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area with many parks and beaches and a great place to enjoy nature. It is a short walk (a half mile) to Huntington village where there are many great restaurants, bars, and shops, plus the Paramount Theater. This stylish comfortable place is clean, cozy and quiet. Major interior renovation 4/2025! 🏆🥳. The beauty of this lovely home is the water view. There is a brand new deck overlooking a quaint harbor and the Long Island sound. Bbq’s and sunset cocktails nightly! There is a quaint ‘modern yet nautical’ feel with walking access to a private beach. The Little Space on Buffet Place

It's a cozy place in which to stay for a work trip or a getaway. The space is accessible via a private entrance. The kitchen is equipped for most cooking needs and the TV has a Roku and an Xbox 360. Guests can use the patio where there is a bench swing, fire pit, and table and chairs for a meal outdoors. The owners live in the house above with their toddlers. You will hear footsteps of the people above and the toddlers playing.
