Fabulous room for friendly people

I and my husband - only who live in flat. We do not have pets. Room is private ( small,but comfy), so you'll have a good rest. Flat positioned on high road,but your room is off the street,so it is quiet. Our neighbors is very polite and friendly. If you'll have any questions or need some advice- we are always happy to help. We do not have free parking around. If you are smokers- do not worry as we are smokers :) to. We do all for your feel homely and enjoyed London like we are. See your soon.

This flat is in a great location in London's bustling Walthamstow and 10 mins walk from Wood Street station and a short bus ride to Blackhorse Road on the Victoria Line, this flat is great for getting into central London and around the rest of the capital city. Lovely room in historic Walthamstow Village

I am offering a charming room on the ground floor of my home in the heart of the Walthamstow Village. There are two comfortable sofa beds, a small double (125 cm) and small single (82cm). There is a wet room with shower for your exclusive use. Four women share the house. We are all friendly, busy and generally quiet. We are very close to historic buildings, the local history museum, restaurants and pubs, and the trendy Wild Card Brewery offering live music.

A light-filled living room features a fireplace with a decorative mantel and a large mirror. Shelves displaying family photos and plants add character. A flat-screen television sits on a cabinet, while a comfortable sofa invites relaxation. Natural light enhances the welcoming atmosphere.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is a traditional, spacious Victorian house with period features, whilst also being fresh and modern. The house is a roughly 20 mins walk to South Woodford station on the central line, which offers a quick (20-25 min) journey to Liverpool Street station in central London. The house is well serviced by local bus routes too. We are also very close to Epping Forest which offers beautiful scenic walks.

Quiet double room near Victoria line metro, garden

Beautiful happy Victorian house, 8 minutes walk to Blackhorse Road tube station (Victoria line & overground services, zone 3), 20-25 minutes to Oxford Circus & Central London, 3 minutes to shops and nearest supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to our local street market, cinema, an attractive park, 5 to 10 minutes to local pubs and breweries. The double bedroom is on the top floor, very comfortable and bright, as it looks onto our lovely garden.
