The appeal of the facility is not only the beauty of nature, but also the abundance of activities. There are ski resorts, trekking, and mountain bike trails nearby, so you can be active in nature. There is also a hot spring area nearby, where you can heal your tired body. Hutte Nipopo is an old-style Japanese ski lodge that provides visitors with a luxurious time to refresh both body and mind. It will be a great base for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Kamesei Ryokan is a family-run traditional onsen inn with mostly warm wood construction and gardens throughout. We are an American-Japanese couple that are happy to share our onsen town Togura-Kamiyamada with visitors curious about the Japanese countryside. You can relax wearing yukata robes in your private tatami mat rooms and enjoy the hot spring mineral baths rich in sulfur content. (The onsen baths are tattoo-friendly.) Our chef's creative kaiseki-style dinners are highly recommended.
