Unsere Ferienwohnung hat 3 Schlafplätze in der großen Wohnküche und ein voll ausgestattetes Duschbad. Der See ist ca 30m vom haus. Die FeWo liegt im EG und könnte gemeinsam mit FeWo im 1.OG gemietet werden. Der offene, helle Wohn-, Küchen- und Schlafbereich mit unverbautem Blick auf den Hainer See kann zum Mittelpunkt eurer gemeinsamen Urlaubszeit werden. Der Hainer See ist Teil des Leipziger Neuseenlandes und liegt direkt neben der Gemeinde Kahnsdorf in entspannter Umgebung mit viel Natur.

Look forward to a 63 m² apartment on the upper floor, modernly furnished and exclusively for up to four adults (at least 16 years old). The apartment is located on the northern shore of Lake Hain (2-minute walk) in Leipzig's Neuseenland area, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig.

The vacation apartment "Johanna" is located on the 3rd floor and has two separate bedrooms as well as a living room with a sofa bed. One bedroom is provided with a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can also be converted into two double beds. In the living area you will find a large dining area, TV and a small kitchenette with oven. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The 70 m² apartment is therefore suitable for 6 to 8 people.

This gorgeous tiny house is located in the middle of nature. Between wide meadows and a forest there are lakes where you can also swim. The view from the large panoramic window of a wide meadow is fantastic. On the edge of our idyllic property you have an area for you. Next door there is a small garden with herbs and chickens. In the tiny house, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on cold nights. The perfect place for a getaway in nature!
