Walking distance to several grocery stores, restaurants & pharmacies. 10 min walk to Järvafältets nature reserve & a viewing farm with sheep, pigs, cows, goats, chickens & horses

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home. Only 15min with municipal funds to Central Stockholm. The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Located on the floor as part of a residential building with the possibility of parking right outside the door. The bedroom has a 140 bed along with a sofa bed for two people in living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a lovely stay. Door code lock for single access. Note! Smoking and animals are not allowed!

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

For 1-2 people. Bed sofa 120 cm. For 1-2 people. Barkarby is only 15 min with train to Sthlm center. Close to shopping & lots of restaurants nearby. Big nice garden. Pool (summertime) 1h access . We, a family with two small girls, rent out an apartment in our turn-of-the-century house at Edsviken in Sollentuna. The apartment is located on the bedside level and is about 36m2 with kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, washing machine and patio overlooking Edsviken. The house is about a five minute walk from Sollentuna Centrum where you get into the central station in under 15 minutes.
