The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). A few days here, you are like new - away from all the hustle and bustle. Gamle Hvam is next door, which is an old big farm that has now become a museum and worth a visit. There are several hiking trails in the area, so nice opportunity for activity and walks. Closest shops are Neskollen, Vormsund and in Årnes Sentrum.

Peaceful private guesthouse, close to OSL and Jessheim, easy to go to and from the airport with buss, only 11 minutes. Close to Oslo citty, 50 minutes by buss and train. The house lies close to the forest with almost a "guarantee" of seeing wildlife outside the window. Private bathroom lies in a house close by: 50 meters/160 feet. Here, you will also find a shared washing machine and shared gym. Obs! In witer, there is a chance of the hill down to the house being slippery with snow and ice

At this small town there are plenty of things for the guests to see, like: train station(5 min walk away), 4 grocery stores, liquer store, kafe and restaurant, pizza/kebab takeaway, 2 pharmacies, public outside pool(open during summer) and a calming walking path by Norways longest river Glomma. Oslo(the capital) is a 30 min drive by car or train ride away, and Gerdermoen airport is a 30 drive or a 47 min train ride away.

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.
