You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Swedish Fair, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg it is exactly 1000 meters walking path.

This special place is close to everything. There is a private patio in a secluded courtyard in the middle of the lively neighborhood Linné where you have the city's best restaurants just around the corner. The area has a great cultural offer and very good communications with tram junction within 300 meters and 15-minute walk to the city center or Slottskogen. The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away.
