It has a multi-story structure, with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor, and a terrace with a jacuzzi when you go out the door to the outside. It is 30 minutes from Jeju International Airport (taxi fare is about 18,000 KRW) and is close to Aewol Cafe, Hyeopjae, Gwakji, and Geumnyeong Beach. Nearby, there is a place where singer Lee Hye-ri bought, and now it is operated as a cafe, Sogilbyeolha (Hye-ri's bed and breakfast filming location, 5 minutes on foot), so it is good to visit or take a walk.
