Relax with the whole family in this accommodation where tranquility is breathable, because it is a private subdivision and access to the largest lagoon area in Veracruz, also walking and relaxing areas with controlled access for your security and an Oxxo open 24 hrs, the place is next to the airport and at the main entrance to the cd coming from the country's capital. On Mondays there is no Laguna service and from May 14 to 16, 2025 there will be no lagoon due to maintenance

This modern/luxurious apartment is located in a private cluster 5 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Imbursa Water Park and Plaza Nuevo Veracruz. 15 minutes from the main beaches and hotel zone, as well as the Veracruz pier. The area is very quiet, with 24-hour surveillance. You can use the pool (closed on Tuesdays for maintenance) and there is parking, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in its 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and hot water.

Our apartment is fully furnished and has an amazing view. If you're looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to spend a great vacation, look no further! You can access the lagoon and enjoy its pools. There's an Oxxo convenience store within the development, just 5 minutes away.

La Casita Suavecita (The Sweet Little House)

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay, in a quiet and safe private community, close to shops such as OXXO, Aurrera, pharmacies, fast food sales day and night. You don't have to worry about parking because we always have a place available, 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes by car from almost anywhere, the nearest beach is 25 minutes away. And we'll always be happy to answer your questions.

I accept families, couples and/or people traveling for work: Quiet private, the house is exclusively for family accommodation (no parties, no excessive noise, no inappropriate behavior). The house is furnished with a shared pool. Inside the subdivision there is an artificial lagoon of 3 hectares where you can do water sports, kayak, sailing, pedal boats.
