Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

The apartment is ideally located for trips to the Schneeberg (valley station 10 minutes by car), to the Hohe Wand or to the Therme Linsberg Asia in Bad Erlach (20 minutes by car).

Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
