Indulge in the charm of a multi-story house with soft leather sofa and piano. It's usually where I stay, but I'll empty it when I have guests. It is a place where the sunlight comes in softly in the morning, so it is suitable for those who wake up early. We have a queen-sized mattress, 60-thread count pure cotton bedding, and a mini vanity. The upper floor height is low, so it is recommended only for those who are 180cm tall. The first floor dining table, kitchen area, and bathroom are spacious. The closet is also big, and there are a variety of compartments under the stairs, and under the dining table. You can move TV to LG Room and TV (27 inches) on the second floor. There is a washing machine, fridge, air fryer, microwave, rice cooker. In addition, we have all the necessary items to make your stay as comfortable as a medium term. Appliances and furniture are almost new, especially the new leather couch is soft and cozy. The melody of the digital piano is beautiful. I hope that those who love art will stay as much as possible. It is a good place for 1-2 people to stay, and it is recommended for those who want to stay quietly and neatly in the middle and long-term for more than 3 days.

My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen. Our accommodation is a cozy accommodation with a comfortable interior and clean rooms. It's close to Kachisan Station, and there are a lot of pojangmacha and pubs nearby, so it's great for a date. There is a cheap public parking lot in front of the property, so it is very convenient to park. It is very good to use several traditional markets from the accommodation. In particular, there is Jungang Market 50 meters in front of the accommodation. It is recommended for guests using Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport as it is close to the airport. Kachisan Station is a double station area where Lines 2 and 5 stop. So, it's very convenient to go to Hongdae, Sangam Stadium, and Yeouido.
