This is a cozy countryside house near Nam-Andong IC, a peaceful retreat where family and friends can relax and unwind. Local shops, cafés, and a small market are just 5 minutes away by car, and larger supermarkets and the city center are only 15 minutes away. (구)중평초에 한옥으로 리모델링한 집입니다. 교실한칸인 독채입니다~~ 주왕산 15분, 송소고택 5분,객주문학관 10분거리 입니다~ 영덕상주 고속도로에서 청송 휴게소 정면에서 보이고, 시원하고 전망 좋고, 최신형 노래방기계도 구비되어 있고, 만화책 6500권도 구비되어서 쉬면서 만화책도 보고 힐링하기에 아주 좋은 곳입니다^^ 2층 숙소에서는 간단 취사만 가능하고, 1층 빈교실(바베큐장)에 취사도구가 완비되어 편하게 쓰실 수 있도록 되어 있습니다. 2층 숙소는 소나무로 한 한옥이라서 고기 취사를 할 경우 나무에 냄새가 베여서 고기 및 생선 구이 절대불가입니다. (위반시 위자료 청구합니다.) 고기 및 생선 구이는 1층 빈교실에서만 가능합니다. 아침식사로 수제 사과쨈, 수제 블랙베리쨈, 빵을 제공합니다^^ 바베큐 이용시에는 숯을 포함해 모두 구비되어 있고, 이용료 20,000원을 추가 부담하셔야 합니다.

안녕하세요. 일몰이 아름다운 조용하고 자그마한 어촌마을 입니다. #2층을 사용하시면 되고 제자리 멀리뛰기만 하시지 않는다면 2층에서 무슨 일이 일어나는지 모릅니다.또한 1층과 2층 출입구는 완전히 분리되어 있습니다. #숙소 바로 뒷쪽은 산이 있고 베란다는 목재바닥이라 기본적으로 숙소에서 흡연은 금지이며 1층 외부에서만 가능하십니다.(저희 숙소 때문에 온 동네가 불타오르는 놀라운 경험은 하고 싶지 않습니다.꼭 부탁드리겠습니다.) #주차안내 : 전용주차장이 있긴 하지만 온동네가 주차장이라고 생각하시면 됩니다. # 반경 1KM내에 편의점 및 구멍가게 하나 없습니다. 필요물품 및 음식은 미리 준비하시길 바랍니다. #새벽에 조업선들의 출입항 시 나는 엔진소리에 잠을 깰 수도 있습니다. 양해 부탁드리겠습니다.
