The main house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace The guest house consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a flat foot entrance. A peaceful residential place completely away from the noise. There is a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both of these houses belongs to the renter. The hotel in Gümüşlük belongs to us. Our guests can benefit from discounted breakfast and other meals.

Turgutreise 5 minutes. 5 minutes to Ortakente. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

Gorgeous very spacious new sea view garden apartment, you will feel incredibly relaxed, peaceful and inspired. Outside is the expansive marble garden patio with chaise long and umbrella, and a dining table in the shade. Inside is a large open kitchen, rustic stone floors and living space. The house is on a hill so while it is preferable to have a car it is also possible to walk to the beaches, nearby shops and bakery, restaurants, and local minibuses.
