Bike trails, sidewalks, bay and restaurants are a bike ride away. Quiet, fun ,exciting town for all and peaceful ! Good times and great memories!!!!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly vacation home. This adorable 2 bedroom home has a full bathroom with shower and garden tub! There’s an outside shower, too! The kitchen is fully stocked! You can come relax here in the well known fishing community of Howard Creek. Or, be at Port St Joe in 20 minutes, Apalachicola in 45 minutes or Panama City in just over an hour. There’s plenty of parking for your boat, and a free boat landing. We are pet friendly and have a big fenced yard!

This part of the beach is perfect with its public boardwalk access to a wide-open area that has a private feel. A short stroll to the access, or drive and park right next to it. The Park includes pickleball courts, a playground, covered picnic tables, and an amazing Veteran’s monument. Minutes from a variety of restaurants and shops in Mexico Beach and PSJ.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
