Ty glaz- Secured heated pool - 700 m from beach

150 m2 accommodation in a residence in the center of Guilvinec, 700 m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2024. In a very quiet setting, it has a 1000 m2 private garden. A private, heated and secure salt-treated (no chlorine) pool, a large 190 m2 terrace, and a veranda. Open from April to end of September. The rest of the year and only a Jacuzzi is available. It offers beautiful spaces, and all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

Welcome to Penmarch ! The lightower lodge is a very confortable and cosy holiday house! You'll enjoy the bath after a long walk along the beach , or cook a great meal in the kitchen, just taste a lobster on the barbecue in the garden, sleep until late morning ( memory form mattres )...The beach of la torche is just 5 min where the waves are waiting to be surfed! or just try to relax on our great terrasse but don't forget the suncream !

My place is close to the bakery (200 m), supermarket (200 m) and beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the house for its comfort and tranquility. Guests can enjoy a 700 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. My place is good for families. Children will have toys, books, a swing and a cabin. In the garage, you will find bicycles for the whole family at your disposal.

Relax in this quiet and stylish home 5 minutes from the beach and children's games and 7 minutes from the shops, port and market. The house has an enclosed garden, a 25 m2 terrace (East) equipped with garden furniture. The house was completely renovated in early 2023, the living space is spacious and it has 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 toilets including 1 separate toilet and a laundry room.
