The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Si può raggiungere comodamente il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali e i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico, così come la stazione Termini è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e a 100 mt dal Museo delle Illusioni. Il quartiere Monti, rione storico, si trova a poche centinaia di metri da casa. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono raggiungibili in un paio di minuti a piedi

Splendido attico con vista Colosseo

Delizioso alloggio turistico situato vicino ad una delle sette meraviglie del mondo: il Colosseo. A 50 metri dalla metropolitana e a pochi passi dallo shopping romano e dal divertimento notturno. Balcone con vista mozzafiato sulla città eterna. L’appartamento si trova al quinto piano e dispone di cucina, soggiorno, aria condizionata, bagno con vasca e camera da letto matrimoniale. Organizziamo tour del Colosseo, dei musei Vaticani e molto altro tramite la nostra agenzia. Ti aspettiamo!

Appartamento elegante di 55 m a 5/10 minuti con auto 10/20 con Bus dalla Metro Rebibbia, con piccolo balcone, composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un salone elegante con bellissimo angolo cottura , tavolo da pranzo, divano letto matrimoniale, un bagno. No problemi per il parcheggio. Stazione TAXI 20 mt , Fermata BUS 20 mt per collegamento metro a 10/20 minuti circa. Colonnina elettrica Enel-X per ricarica Auto elettrica a 30 mt No problemi con lingua Inglese e Russo.

Inoltre, la fermata dell'autobus nelle vicinanze permette di raggiungere la metropolitana in circa 10-20 minuti, da cui è possibile accedere rapidamente a tutte le principali attrazioni di Roma.

Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Casa Vacanze XI Miglio was born with the idea of making available to guests, a bright and welcoming apartment and very close to CIAMPINO airport only 7 minutes by car, the centre of ROME is easily accessible thanks to the train stop which is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and that will take you to the Rome Termini Central Station in about 25 minutes, from there with Metro A or B you can get to all areas of Rome e.g. COLOSEEO or Piazza di Spagna
