Beautiful house amidst the lush nature, in the Vale da Boa Esperança condominium. Ideal for adults and children to relax amid waterfall baths and in the natural pool of pure and crystal clear water (direct access inside the plot of the house!). With tennis court, swimming pool, (no skateboard ramp) game room and TV, soccer field, and plenty of flat lawn space. (Note: in the next few days I may not have internet access during the afternoons, and I will be able to answer queries in the morning and evening).

Amazing house in Nogueira. Not to be missed!

Our house has 7 suites between the main house and the annex, all with split air conditioning and heating. We have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gourmet area, surrounded by lush greenery and 15 minutes from downtown Itaipava. There are two houses on the land, the larger house being more comfortable and with 4 bedrooms. Our annex house is also incredible, with 3 suites, but the bathrooms are less architecturally designed.
