The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. On Bohuslänska Skaftö is Grundsund, a fishing community with well-preserved charm. Here there are sea stalls and small houses along the cliffs, around the quay and in the harbor canal. Here you and your family can rent a cozy home, 50 meters from the water with all the amenities. In 3 minutes you reach the amazing jetty that you can swim from and Restaurant Pelles for a good meal at sunset.
