The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. For NÖ-Card holders, but also for those without a card, we are very centrally located for various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens, and much more. The house is alive, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybugs) are possible.

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

Crazy little house - you will love it!

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine regions near Eggenburg.
