In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Delightful apartment located on the 3rd floor without elevator, recently renovated and equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets, two balconies and everything you need for your stay. It overlooks one of the main squares of the town, is close to the station (300 meters) and convenient to any type of shop. Crossing the center you can reach both the port and the promenade (about 1 km from both the promenade of San Benedetto and that of Grottammare).

A spacious bedroom features a large bed with crisp linens and a soft, patterned throw. Nightstands with lamps are placed on either side, and framed artwork adorns the walls. A window allows natural light to fill the room, complemented by a wooden ceiling with exposed beams.

It is at a cost of €15 per person per stay. Alternatively, guests can provide their own linens in person.
