Our apartment OCTAVUS in the picturesque wine village of Hohenwarth-Mühlbach am Manhartsberg offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 box spring beds. The whole apartment is equipped with free WiFi in each bedroom we offer a Smart TV with private Netflix access. Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

The house is located on the edge of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with a pastry shop, the Gasthaus Burger with home cooking and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'
