Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Time out in a tiny house

Located in the middle of the picturesque Danube floodplains and only a few hundred meters from the idyllic Danube farm, a wonderful break awaits you in the charming tiny house. This small but fine retreat offers you the perfect opportunity to get away from it all and enjoy nature to the fullest. The spacious garden invites you to relax. Campers can park at some distance from the property. Here you will find peace and quiet in the middle of a breathtaking landscape.

revLIVING Octavus Hohenwarth

Our apartment OCTAVUS in the picturesque wine village of Hohenwarth-Mühlbach am Manhartsberg offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 box spring beds. The whole apartment is equipped with free WiFi in each bedroom we offer a Smart TV with private Netflix access. In addition to Nespresso, toaster, dishes, kettle, the fully equipped kitchen, the fully equipped kitchen also offers a starter set of tea and coffee as well as a spacious dining area for 7 guests.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

SUITE on the Krems River

Relax in this perfect SUITE, sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The property is located in the middle of Krems. 500m from the train station and 400m from Krems city center. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. Free parking available in front of the house, diagonally across the street, and around the green island. 5G Wi-Fi!!! As well as a bicycle parking space in the yard.

Garden paradise in the Weinviertel

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!

And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a café, is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. I run Austria's last traditional mirror workshop as a mirror maker. The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property. To unload the pastries, you can of course stop right in front of the property. I'd love to answer any questions or suggestions you might have.
