The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. With four bedrooms and 240 square meters, the house offers plenty of space for up to 11 people. Gutshof Doberschau - Manor Apartment

The manor apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. The original doors have been lovingly refurbished. Spacious rooms tell of a time when the landowners used these rooms.

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

You will feel at home in our comfortable, newly and modernly furnished rooms in a quiet, natural location on the outskirts of Bautzen. The apartment is fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. 2 bedrooms are connected by a connecting door, so one of the bedrooms is only accessible via the other bedroom. TV and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

We offer our large apartment in the former manor in Gleina on the edge of the biosphere reserve "Oberlausitzer Heide- und Pichlandschaft".
