Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Quiet garden loft - ideal for working and living

The ideal accommodation for quiet nights in the countryside and ideal transport connections can be found in the basement loft of our cosy, family villa. A fully equipped kitchenette, an open rain shower and the parking space in front of the door offer all modern comforts. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, have excellent transport connections to the trade fair (15min), to the city west(20min) and east (30min), to Potsdam (15min) and to all public transport day/night.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. This cozy apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa by the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, you can go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located near the Avus. The 2 most important S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are within 5 minutes' walk. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Cozy apartment in Potsdam

The cozy holiday home is located between Berlin and Potsdam in the district of Groß Glienicke. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the forest and the lakes (Glienicker See and Sakrower See), Groß Glienicke has shops for everyday needs and gastronomy. A good bus connection to Berlin and Potsdam is available. The holiday home is located on the 1st floor and has one bedroom and in the living room a small sofa bed ( two small children).

Quiet ecologically renovated apartment near S-Bahn [suburban railway]/bus

You are very welcome: Our newly renovated old building apartment is very quiet, safe and located in the green south of Berlin. The ICC fair and the Free University are nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to bus 118 and 10 minutes to S-Bahn 1 and 7. Parking spaces are right in front of the apartment. It is a charming old Berlin apartment that has been ecologically renovated. You feel like at home.

Small but fine, this well-kept apartment with about 40 square meters is near Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. It is located in the basement and is fully equipped. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A private shower room as well as a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A dip in the Schlachtensee is within walking distance.
