Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs EUR 50, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. After an extensive hike, the sauna awaits for relaxation. The bed in bedroom 1 is equipped with a Dynaglobe air core mattress and can be adjusted to your needs by remote control. On request, 6 people can also be accommodated in the apartment. There is a mattress (1.40 x 2 m) in the gallery for this purpose. Access to the apartment is currently still via an easily accessible staircase.

Thalkirchdorf exudes the unmistakable charm of Allgäu. Scenic nestled in the Konstanz valley, the village is framed by a stunning backdrop of mountain ranges. The warm hospitality and inviting character of the locals make the stay a real pleasure – perfect for relaxing and feeling good.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Ausgestattet mit einer Eventküche, zwei Bäder inklusive Whirlpool-Wanne und Fußbodenheizung und finnischer Sauna (nutzbar auch im Rollstuhl) vereint Albert moderne Annehmlichkeiten mit Barrierefreiheit. Barrierefrei erreichbar sind sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Studio apartment ZIRBE in Oberstaufen-Steibis

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition to the price of the apartment, the spa tax must be paid to the municipality. This is 3 euros per person per night.
