This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Individual rents large 17th century house, completely renovated with charm bcp. Located 5 minutes by bike from the river, 2 minutes by foot from a supermarket open 7 days a week and 10 minutes by car from the commercial area of Ruoms. Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.
