This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

In 25 minutes to the P&R in Vienna, in the midst of some hiking and climbing areas (Peilstein, Thalhofergrat, Helenental, Triestingtal...) and interesting for cyclists. For city visitors who also want a little vacation in the country. For parents who want to enable their children to play in the garden. Elegant and sizable apartment situated in a quiet area close to the city centre. Two bedrooms, two separate toilets, roomy bathroom, spacious kitchen, and a sitting room with an oriel. It is well connected to the public transport and underground parking is available (not suitable for large vehicles). Central shopping precinct and several parks are within walking distance.
