This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
