Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Scenic accommodation at Grimsholmen

Our place is secluded down by the sea in one of Halland's most beautiful and unique places, with the presurve and the sea outside the door. Långasand's long, child- and swimming-friendly beach is 2 minutes from the cottage. The house accommodates 8 people and a shed for another 2 people. With only 15 minutes to Falkenberg city, there is always something to do, in all weathers. The rent also includes access to Boberg's tennis club's fine outdoor courts. We hope you will enjoy our nice cottage!

The living area of 80 sqm is on one level and consists of combined living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as larger toilet with shower and washing machine. 50 m2 terrace with barbecue, dining area and sofa group in position with evening sun. Large and lush garden with a lot of flowers.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Skrea beach's coziest cottage neighbor with Falkenberg beach bath with amazingly nice spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. The cottage is decorated as a small suite and offers that little extra! Suite has AC. Patio with tables, chairs and grill. Final cleaning is not included, but you can book. Include towels and beds.

Toppstugan is located about 7 km from Falkenberg center and around 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we fenced off the large terrace so dogs can avoid being on a leash.
