The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

The large, bright living and dining area invites you to spend nice hours together. Your little four-legged friends are warmly welcomed. We also provide business travelers with our apartment.

First floor apartment, spacious, bright just for you

The small but beautiful bright apartment is located on a quiet street. The school is across the street. 200 meters away is the Hochwald bike path, which is expanded to Trier. On foot you can go to the REWE , which is open daily until 9 pm. The forest is practically in front of the door and can be reached within minutes.

The exterior of the house features a modern design with a dual-tone paint scheme of white and gray. A set of stairs leads to the entrance, and landscaping includes stones and pebbles along the pathway and foundation.
