Steep path - good winter tyres required in ice/snow.Ideal for two people with a sense of view: the entire ground floor of our house in Kristiansand is a flat with a large integrated living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom. From the dining table, the large double bed and the terrace, you have a wide view over the fjord with its archipelago, lighthouses, and ships sailing in and out. The centre of Kristiansand is just as close as the rocky coast or the forest.

We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.
