New house in the middle of the zoo and the city center. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + WC room and laundry room. Several patios. High standard with large open kitchen and difficult airy living room. All bedrooms have double beds, so there are sleeping places for 10 people. 2 bedrooms are furnished as a children's room, but have pull-out double beds Absolutely unique location at the heart of the cul-de-sac close to the sea. 5 min walk to the nearest beach, 2 min to Padelbane. Walking distance to several cozy swimming areas. Popular Trollstien just outside the door.

Soltoppen, 7 min. from Kr.sand city center!

Nice house central in Kr.sand.! Porch with view, gated garden with plating. Here you can take care of yourself: Bed linen and towels are provided. The house should be vacuumed, surfaces cleaned on departure. 7 min. to the city center, approx. 20 min. to the Zoo. The main part of the house is for rent: Living room, porch, hallway, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 120 cm beds. Bright basement living room of 19m2, with a single bed and a sofa. Parking by house + w/garage. Swimming water, shops, city center bus nearby. Welcome to Soltoppen!

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, bed 140 cm, a guest bed and TV. Beachfront Holiday Apartment

Renovated in 2025. You live 5 meters from the beach and the sea, and in the summer you can rent a boat with an outboard motor for fishing and island trips. You live close to everything. 5 minutes to Dyreparken, 7 minutes to Kjevik Airport, 2 minutes to walk to the bus that runs every 20 minutes. 8 minutes to Kristiansand, 5 minutes to Sørlandssenteret, 15 minutes to the archipelago. There are plenty of hiking opportunities a short jog away:) Good parking, right at the door.

Large house in Barnas Bydel - close to Dyreparken

Relax with your whole family and kidza. Large Gym in garage, jacuzzi, 2 roof terraces, fireplace outside, 5 TVs. Outdoor living room between roofs with sink/fridge. Toilet and bathroom on the 3rd floor, which also includes a sofa and TV. Nice if kidza is getting tired after bathing in the jacuzzi or supper if the adults want a glass 😇 Playgrounds right behind the house in the context of the outdoor terrace. Easy parking and 2 Tesla chargers available.

Cozy Sørland house in Høllen close to the beach

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds downstairs and 90cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber). AppleTV available.

Modern home with evening sun on Søm

Place with perfect location on Søm in Kristiansand, 10 minutes by car to the city center, the zoo, Sørlandsparken, Kjevik and child-friendly beach at Hamresanden. There are also beaches on Søm 15-20min walk away. Everything is new spring-2022 The bus often goes right outside the home to easily get around. Big garden with table/chairs and lawn with evening sun after long days on the go.
