Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Beautiful open space attic with rooftop terrace overlooking the breathtaking bay, very bright and completely new, a very special object of its kind. The house is in a prime location in all respects, in a residential and quiet setting on a private road a two minute walk from two wonderful beaches and a 10 minute walk from the village and all amenities. It is equipped with all the comforts and has private parking included inside the property.

Excellent finishes, 4 beds, air conditioning, very central to the typical Tuscan village of Sasso D'Ombrone. 100 meters from the Bar/Market/Emporio, the post office and the bus stop. 1500m from Albus Alpacas (Alpaca Experience). Serious and helpful owner.
