The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Welcome to Asaryd norregård 4. The house is in the heart of the village of Asaryd. Perfect for those who want to get away, experience nature and swim wood-fired hot tub. In the house there is a big living room/kitchen. A downstairs bedroom with a 120 bed + a 140 bed. On the upper floor there is a 160 bed + a 100 bed. In the house there is also some gym equipment as well as a bathroom with washing machine. 1 km to lake and jetty (shared) 2 km to lake and swimming area. 20 km from Lammhult and 40 km from Växjö.

Welcome to beautiful and cozy Sävsjö! In our apartment, you live close to nature but also close to Sävsjö's small center. The apartment is above our garage. If you come with children, they are welcome to jump in the trampoline or play in the garden. It is also equipped with a new 50" smart TV where you can stream your favorites from apps or from your mobile. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.

Welcome to beautiful Småland and a lovely house set in the middle of undisturbed forest. The house is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect comfortable vacation with friends or family. In the summer there is plenty of opportunity for hiking, cycling, fishing, mushroom and berry picking. A lake for game fishing is located on the property only a few hundred meters from the house. There are several other lakes for swimming in perfect cycling distance.
