The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This old farmhouse, renovated while keeping the attributes of a 19th century farmhouse, has the comforts of the 20th century. An attached garage.

The house is an old tower built on 3 levels. The lower level is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, it has french doors that open out onto the lower decking terrace. The middle level is the kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen tv and there is an oak staircase that leads to the upper twin bedroom with seperate toilet and basin. In the lands of Auxois , my house at the bottom of a cul-de-sac along the Oze River will welcome you for a relaxing stay, cultural visits. You will have a small garden with dining area. Spacious home: 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and large living room. Close walking distance is a restaurant and a 2-minute drive to the bakery, supermarket, snack, restaurants .
