The kitchen includes crockery, a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, and overlooks the inner courtyard. The main bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower. On the upper level, there is an additional bathroom with toilet and a large double washbasin. For maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, individually adjustable room temperatures, free Wi-Fi and a large TV. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed. Outside, guests have access to the inner courtyard, a large terrace, a table tennis table and a barbecue area, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is especially suitable for families, groups and longer stays. The famous Göltzschtal Bridge is located approximately 5 km away, and numerous hiking and cycling routes can be found nearby. Children up to 3 years old can stay free of charge when sharing the existing bed with their parents.

Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. Greiz and Elsterberg, with all shopping options, are a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Plauen and Reichenbach is 20 minutes by car.

In summer and winter, the yurt invites you to stay on the large property we live in. It's well insulated and heatable. You have access to a toilet and a garden shower for the summer. Bring your own sleeping bag and take care of your own meals according to camping standards. We provide an electric hot plate, kettle, water canister and dishes. There is an outdoor tub and shower in the garden. By arrangement with extra charge: sauna use / breakfast possible.

Netzschkau is a small town with approx. 3000 inhabitants in the picturesque Vogtland between Plauen, Zwickau and the Thuringian Greiz. In our rooms you have free Wi-Fi and parking is available in front of the house. The charming wooded surroundings invite you to hike, walk and cycle. In winter, the ski resorts of Schöneck, Mühlleiten and Klingenthal invite you to ski.

Cozily furnished apartment with plenty of space for the whole family. Peace and relaxation not only in the house, but also in the attached garden on your own terrace. The 120 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults, 2 children / teenagers) and an additional 2 babies / infants. When booking for more than 4 adults (max. 6), additional fees of €10 per person per night apply. These will be billed retrospectively through Airbnb.
