Up Besöök - Sanddorn mit Infrarotsauna

The holiday home "Up Besöök" was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward . The house is equipped with a smart home system , which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting. The apartment " Sanddorn " is on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house and offers very high quality equipment . The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV .When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the balcony with a beautiful view, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and one with two single beds (100x200) . Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobe and extra large duvets (155x220) . In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted frames offer the desired level of comfort . The second bedroom is on the top floor and has a home cinema system with Dolby Surround system, so you can make yourself really comfortable here.For the real cinema feeling there is of course also a popcorn machine . Those who prefer it quieter can withdraw to the private wellness oasis with infrared sauna . The bathroom in the Wildrose apartment has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail . A washer-dryer is also available in the apartment. A parking space is available for you free of charge directly at the house , and bicycles can also be safely parked and charged in a separate bicycle shed .The "Up Besöök" is located in the Krummhorn village of Upleward , from here it is only 2 km to the dry beach , there is a swimming area behind the dike and a nice playground for children. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Friesenbude“ wurde frisch renoviert und möbliert. Sie wurde im maritimem Wohnstil eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit Nordsee-Flair ein. Nicht nur der maritime Stil sondern auch der Garten, die ruhige Lage und nicht zuletzt die Strandnähe der Erdgeschosswohnung lassen Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Der Strand von Neßmersiel ist fußläufig, oder mit dem Rad (bzw.Auto) in ca. 1800m zu erreichen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen , sie bald als Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen.

Diese Wohnung auf 45 qm ist ideal für Geschäftsreisende bzw. Monteure. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Einzelbett. TV und Schreibtisch mit Highspeed Internetanschluß sind in beiden Zimmern zu finden. Eine kleine Küche mit allem was man braucht schließt sich an. Das Bad ist geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Eine kleine Loggia in südlicher Richtung komplettiert die kleine günstige Wohnung. Auf dem Grundstück besteht die Möglichkeit ein Elektroauto an einer Wallbox auf zu laden.

Moin und herzlich Willkommen in unserer ruhig und zentral liegenden Ferienwohnung in Aurich. Drumherum liegt ganz Ostfriesland. GenAURICHtig für Fahrradtouren oder Ausflüge zur Küste. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, z.B. Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft, Kletterwald, Boulderhalle, Kino, Badesee mit Wakeboardanlage.
