The house is equipped with a smart home system, which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting.The " Magnolie" apartment is on the ground floor ofthe house and offers very high qualityfurnishings. The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. Wir wohnen in einem Bauernhof in ruhiger Alleinlage mitten in Ostfriesland mit unseren Rindern, Pferden, Hühnern, Hunden und Katzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in 2 km Entfernung. Und jede Menge Radwege zu lohnenden Zielen - Badeseen, Freilichtmuseen, Kletterpark.... Wir geben euch gerne Tipps. Für unsere Gäste stehen zwei Schlafräume zur Auswahl - ein Einzelbett und ein Queensize-Bett. Wir sind Nichtraucher und bitten unsere Gäste auf das Rauchen im Haus zu verzichten.

In a typical 'Ostfriesen' - house you rent an independant, cosy, flat, that is situated at Rysum, village near the North Sea (the UNESCO World heritage). Next to the kitchen, provided with everything you need, you find a comfortable, queen-sized bed for two and a bathroom with a large bathtube. It helps you to relax and feel good. If you are interested, a 3. person could rent an extra room with shower next to the flat. Please contact me beforehand (room and bicycles for a small fee!)

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgassenlage am Ihler Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, die Klosterstätte vom Ihlower Wald, sowie der Badestrand vom Ihler Meer sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Ihlowerfehn ist ein idealer Standort um ganz Ostfriesland zu erkunden. Verschiedene Küstenregionen sind in ca. 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich ein Restaurant mit Biergarten sowie ein schöner Spielplatz.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Gut Winkel, Wohlfühloase im Ammerland

Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Seele, die es zu entdecken gilt.
