Penelope

The apartment Penelope belongs to the Oralia apartments complex. The apartment has modern decoration in an intimate and hospitable atmosphere, featuring a unique panoramic view of Vathy and of the garden in the apartments. It's ideal for those who seek tranquil and unwinding holidays. Apartment Penelope is capable to accommodate up to 4 people. It provides a fully equipped kitchen, a TV in the living room and in the bedroom, air conditioning, WIFI, a private bathroom and a washing machine.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

LASPI HOUSE no1 / PRIVATE POOL/SEA VIEW

LASPI is a hospitality project that consists of two villas, equipped with all you need to take a break and escape the noise. It is literally built by the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves night and day. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

The forest house

The narrow pathway leads on. It divides, widens and continues on to an impressive A-frame at the edge of the estate. Everything is more spacious. The loft bedroom, the kitchen, the shower bathroom and the living room area. The wood burning stove is the “icing on the cake” for a winter stay. The outdoor setting in the remote woods will enchant you! Please note that this house is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
