Contemporary villa with neat, spacious and warm decor. The house overlooks a beautiful pine and oak forest. Unique and peaceful place to recharge to the sound of cicadas and the smell of pine trees. In summer you will enjoy a sublime 11X3 swimming lane swimming pool automated with salt. Built in 2021, the house is very well-equipped. Pool house with wc and shower. The beautiful village of Fuveau and its shops are within walking distance. Great for your holiday.

Contemporary style, built with materials and in a quality environment, the villa can accommodate 4 people comfortably. For families with baby, you will find umbrella bed, high chair, footstool, toilet reducer, deckchair, toys, and baby bath (without head rest).
