Willkommen auf der PM-APART Ries! Eingebettet ins Grüne, ein erhöhter Sonnenlage am Stadtrand von Graz heißen wir unsere Gäste mit einem unvergesslichen Panoramablick herzlich willkommen. Nur wenige Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, gelangen Sie öffentlich aber auch mit dem eigenen Auto schnell in die Grazer Innenstadt (ca. 12-14 min), zum LKH Graz (ca. 8min) aber auch zum Sanatorium Ragnitz (ca 5 min). Alle Gäste kommen auch in den Genuß unseres Gartens mit einer großen Sonnenterrasse!

The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. The opera, University of Music an University of Technology are nearly next door.
