New house of 80 m² on 700m² enclosed land, located in Grayan and the hospital a 5-minute drive from Gurp Beach, 10 minutes from Soulac, 15 minutes from Montalivet and 1 minute from Motocross court. The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a 140*190 bed and the other with a bunk bed (2x 90*190). The sofa bed is also convertible for extra bedding. Large kitchen open to living room, bathroom, garage, terrace and garden furniture. Baby equipment upon request.

Spacious Atlantic Sea Apartment

The apartment is part of our house build in 1887. Grayan-et-l’Hôpital is a little village only 3,5 km from the Atlantic Sea with its stunning beaches. Guests are completely independent with their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with one large double bed (200x200 cm) and a 140x190 convertible coach. Besides floor heating the apartment is also equipped with wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
