Located at the end of a private lane, our small family farm boasts a serene setting, complete with a lovely pond and various farm animals. We are conveniently located near the Ark Encounter, with Cincinnati, Lexington, and Louisville easily accessible. Several bourbon distilleries are within less than an hour's drive.

Stylish Bluegrass Cottage 7 min to Ark - Fire Pit!

Built in 1954, stylish Bluegrass Cottage has been recently renovated and modernized for your comfort and is located 7 minutes from the Ark, and 37 minutes from the Creation Museum!  Centrally located - 2 minutes away from Walmart and multiple restaurants, but still has plenty of privacy with a privacy fenced back yard, and your own propane fire pit! You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Enjoy this beautiful, peaceful dwelling with space for everyone. Sit on the covered porch taking in the hillside view or watch goats and sheep romp around the farm. You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.

Snuggle up in the shack. Close to Ark Encounter.

Forget your worries and snuggle up at The Snuggle Shack. 8 minute drive to the Ark Encounter, Williamstown Lake, Kentucky Horse Park and more. Newly remodeled three bedroom, one bath, large kichen, game room and great outdoor space. It also has a deck for relaxing and eating. All while enjoying nature, occasional deer or turkey. We really hope you enjoy this place as much as we enjoyed participating and watching this place transform.

Tiny Home/Newly Renovated/5 miles to ARK

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.

Hot Tub Haven

Hot Tub Haven invites you for relaxation and exploration. Great location, only 2.6 miles to visit the Ark Encounter. Enjoy the large deck, hot tub, grill and outdoor eating area, and lots of space for the whole family. A stocked coffee bar is ready for your awakening. There is plenty of parking available for multiple vehicles. The bedrooms have a king size bed, a queen size bed and twin bunk beds for children.

The Lawson Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A very new, spacious and lovely Amish built cabin that has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We also have Mabel's Cabin or The Bell House around the corner, available for rent... Perfect for if you're traveling with extended family or friends and need more room, or if The Lawson Cabin is already booked.
