Nice atypical 22 m² studio, located on the ground floor, not overlooked, offering an entrance with closet, living room with equipped kitchenette, shower room. This studio is partially underground. Private parking space. Small outside. 200 m from all shops of Saint Pair/sea and 50 from the beach. In Granville, we practice water sports, fishing on foot (the biggest tides in Europe) and hiking, we visit the Christian Dior Museum... Mont-St-Michel is under 1 hour.

Need to get some air to rest !

Apartment located 100 meters from the beach of Les Bas-Sablons in Saint Malo. You can swim there at high tide (tide schedule on the left in the living room). 150 meters from the main street with all the shops and a very large market next door on Tuesdays and Fridays. You are a 15-minute walk from the "Saint Malo intra-muros" with the boat pier to go to Dinard. And especially 10 minutes by car the super thalassotherapy of the Hotel des Thermes!

Cosy bed under roofs in the heart of the old town

Only a few steps from the beaches and the shops, our apartment is a small cocoon under the rooftops, in the heart of the lively streets of the old town encircled by ramparts. It was completely renovated in 2015. It includes a mezzanine bedroom with a bed 160x200, where you can see the roofs of Saint-Malo, and a large children's room with cot and office space, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
